G10 material also known as G10/FR4 epoxy fiber glass sheet which is made from fiberglass impregnated

with epoxy under high pressure and high heat.The epoxy makes it rigid and the fiberglass makes it strong.

This material is widely used in the electronics industry, because it is extremely minimal water absorption and

G10 series material is not electrically conductive. G10 is the most common PCB (printed circuit board) applications.

G10 has excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability, and does not shrink. The 180 ℃ temperature

rating. In addition to these characteristic, G10 has excellent dielectric loss characteristics and good electrical

strength. G10 is also known as Micarta and Garolite and can be used in structural supports, busbars, mechanical

insulation, gear, test fixtures, washers, gaskets, and close tolerance machined parts electromechanical components.
